Presentation Guidelines

PRESENTERS:

All Presentations

Each accepted paper, ERF, TREO, Workshop and Panel must have at least one Author registered to attend the conference and present. Should a paper not be presented, it will be removed from the AIS eLibrary following the conference. Contact the Review Systems Support or Program Chairs with any questions.

Completed Research Session

Each session is 60 minutes and is divided equally among each paper in the session. For example, in a session with 4 complete paper presenters, each presenter has 8-10 minutes allotted for videos. Authors should plan for 3-5 minutes for questions.

Emergent Research Forum (ERF) Session

Each session is 60 minutes and is divided equally among each paper in the session. For example, in a session with 4 complete paper presenters, each presenter has 5-6 minutes allotted for videos. Authors should plan for 3-5 minutes for questions.

CHAIRS:

Completed Research and ERF Sessions

The Session Chair is charged with ensuring presenters stay on time and maintaining professional dialogue among participants. The Chair is to introduce each presenter along with the paper. Prepare 2-3 questions in advance for each paper.

AVAILABLE AV EQUIPMENT:

Zoom platform will be used for all complete and ERF sessions.  Videos will be shown by the Technical Support Staff via eLibrary.
